The number of workers at Hanford Nuclear reservation checked after chemical vapor exposure has risen to 42.

Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson is touring Hanford Thursday and plans to meet with U.S. Sen. Ron Wyden and officials at Hanford to see what can be done.

Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson says he is more than frustrated about the continuing issues at Hanford.

Ferguson says the “Federal Government has an obligation to provide a safe work environment who have a very challenging job and they are simply not getting the job done and so I’m simply not going to put up with it."
