When ballots were tallied on election night, February 11, 2020, the initial count showed that a $2.3 million dollar replacement levy for the Finley School District was tied, with 339 yes, and 339 no votes.

As more ballots arrived at the Benton County Auditor's Office through the mail over the past week, the levy is now passing, with 52% support.

Ballots needed to have a postmark no later than February 11th.

The money raised through the replacement levy will fund arts, sports, and other enrichment activities in the school district.

The special election will be certified on Thursday, February 20th.
