(Pasco, WA) -- The Washington State Patrol says they dealt with 22 vehicle crashes in the Tri-Cities and surrounding area due to snowy/icy conditions during Monday's morning commute. According to the state patrol, there were 12 crashes in the Tri-Cities alone. There were 6 in Walla Walla and 4 in Yakima. The WSP says speed that was too fast for the conditions was the main cause for the crashes.
