U.S. court rejects appeal in state auditor fraud case
SEATTLE (AP) - A federal appeals court has dismissed an appeal by departing Washington State Auditor Troy Kelley, paving the way for federal prosecutors to retry him on tax-related charges.

Deputies seeking help with information on Royal City shooting
The Grant County coroner released Tuesday, 28-year-old Arturo Sosa from Othello died from multiple gunshot wounds in a shooting in Royal City last Friday and the other person in the SUV was taken to the hospital for treatment.
