Citizen Receives The Chief’s Award Of Excellence

Anthony Lovato was recognized with the Kennewick Police Chief's Award of Excellence.  Anthony witnessed a robbery on May 18th at Pet Smart on Canal Drive in Kennewick.  Anthony subdued the suspect who was fleeing.  Due to his quick thinking and efforts, the suspect was taken into custody and the money was returned to the victim.  (Watch the award presentation below...)
