Guns, Drugs Seized After Assault Call in Pasco

(Pasco, WA) -- Pasco Police are investigating and one man is under arrest after an assault compliant leads to much more. Thursday around 7:30pm, officers say 37-year-old Phonesavanh Phothisene “Fonsi”pointed a rifle at the victim and left before Police arrived. The victim had just recovered his stolen vehicle and the suspect was upset because he bought the vehicle without knowing it was stolen. Police found Phothisene at the 900 blk of Lincoln where he was arrested with the help of on-duty SWAT team members. Around 15 people came out of the home and 2 of them overdosed as they walked out. We suspect they ingested narcotics prior to leaving the home. Medics took the 2 adults to be treated at the hospital. A search warrant was executed on the house and police recovered fentanyl, 8 firearms, (4 of them stolen) ammunition, and body armor.
