Level 3 Sex Offender Back In Jail

A Level 3 Sex Offender is back behind bars on suspicion of rape.

On Monday, Richland Police arrested 22-year old Joseph Anthony Hall for the alleged rape of a young girl in 201, near Howard Amon Park.

The girl reported the incident to police and a sexual assault kit was completed.

Results from kit matched Hall's DNA.

Hall was previously convicted of Communication of a Minor For Immoral Purposes.

The Benton County Sheriff's recently issued a press release notifying the public of Hall moving to the 1300 block of Potter Avenue.
