One dead in Richland drive-by

One man is dead after a drive-by shooting Monday morning in Richland.

Richland Police say the 21-year old male victim was found with at least one gunshot wound to the head outside of a home in the 300 block of Goethals drive just before 4:30am.

Witnesses in the area reported hearing as many as 6 shots fired before the victim was found lying on the sidewalk.

Police say they do not believe the shooting was random.

So far, there's no information about a possible suspect, and no description of the vehicle believed to be involved in the shooting.
