Parents Wanted for Dead Child Found in Rural Benton County

(Pasco, WA) -- Pasco Police says the remains discovered of a young child in rural Benton County have now led them to issue an arrest warrant for the child's parents. It was back in May 2021 that 8-Year-Old Edgar Casian was reported missing. Hikers found Casian's remains back in February. Now authorites say a nationwide arrest warrant has been issued for Edgar Casian-Garcia and Araceli Medina for the First Degree Murder of Edgar Casian. There whereabouts aren't known.
