PASCO, Wash.-- The city of Pasco has named a new Deputy City Manager.


City Manager Dave Zabell announced Thursday that Adam Lincoln of the City of Pullman will take over the role of Deputy City Manager.


Lincoln replaces Stan Strebel, who retired last year.


The Deputy City Manager assists the City Manager by providing general administrative oversight of the City organization to assure efficient and effective delivery of municipal services consistent with City Council policy and directives.


Lincoln currently serves as the City Administrator of Pullman. Prior that, he was the Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Lakewood, Wash., and has worked in many capacities at the federal, state, and local levels of government.


Lincoln is expected to begin his new position on October 30, 2020.
