Vandals struck a new Pasco restaurant Sunday night.

The owners of Havana Cafe in the 400 block of West Lewis Street posted photos on their facebook page showing spray paint on the walls inside the restaurant,damaged appliances, and slided padded benches sliced open.

The eatery opened April 1, 2019.

According to Sgt. Scott Warren with the Pasco Police Department, there were signs of forced entry through a door in the alley behind the building.

The damage occurred some time between 7:00 p.m. Saturday and 4:16 p.m. Sunday.

The owners posted a message on facebook saying the incident will not kill their dreams, and they'll stay in business.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Pasco Police Department or Crime Stoppers.
