Perry Technical Institute: Delayed schedule. All faculty and supervisors arrive at 8:30am, all other employees arrive at 9:30am. Students arrive at 10:00am.

WSU Tri-Cities: Noon start. All classes and activities before noon are canceled. Students are encouraged to check-in with their instructors over Blackboard or email.

BUSINESSES AND INSTITUTIONS

Benton-Franklin Health District: offices in Kennewick and Pasco will open at 10:30am.

Benton PUD: Offices will open at 9:30 am. Report any outages to 1-888-582-2176 or use SmartHub.

City of Kennewick:  business offices will have a delayed opening of 10:00am

City of Pasco: City offices opening at 10:00 am

City of Prosser: 2 Hours Late. City offices open at 10:00 a.m.

City of Richland: 2 Hours Late. All City of Richland facilities are on a two hour delay. Offices will open at 10:00 a.m.

City of West Richland: 2 Hours Late. City offices will open at 10:00 a.m. This does not include essential Public Works employees and police officers.

Energy Northwest:  all non-essential employees are on a 2-hour delay for Wednesday, Feb. 13. Only essential Energy Northwest employees should report at their normally-scheduled shift time.

Franklin County: 2-hour delay

Hanford Employees: non-essential employees:
Day Shift: Do not report to work.

Hanford Vit Plant: Night shift is cancelled, except for the night shift job site essential non-manual & craft personnel on snow removal, who should report at normal scheduled time.

Meals on Wheels: Closed. All dining centers closed. No home delivered meal service today. UPDATE

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory: Non-essential staff in Richland and on the Hanford Site DO NOT REPORT TO WORK. Only essential staff are to report to work at their usual time.  Prior to the start of their next shift, staff should call the PNNL Staff Information Line at 375-2124 to obtain the current work status. if access is necessary during this work cancellation, contact your line manager who will notify the appropriate building manager for assistance.

The United States Dept. of Ag Service Center in Pasco: (Offices of the Farm Service Agency and Natural Resource Conservation Service) are under a 10:00 am delayed start.
