SWAT Standoff Leads to One Arrest in West Pasco

(Pasco, WA) -- Pasco Police say they've arrested one man on a variety of weapons-related charges Tuesday afternoon, following a SWAT Standoff. This happened on Road 96 at Court Street. 32-year-old Cameron Ono was convinced to surrender peacefully after Regional SWAT parked a Bearcat armored vehicle in the backyard after driving it through Ono's fence. This all started after police were called to investigate a series of shots fired in the area of Court Street and Road 96. Early Monday morning, residents in the area reported hearing gunshots. The gunfire apparently came from a particular house on Road 96 and some rounds struck objects in the neighborhood.
