YAKIMA, Wash.-- The U.S. Marshal's Office and Yakima County Sheriff's Office has confirmed that three of the six men who busted out of the Yakima County Jail Monday night are back in custody.

Tyrone Adam Mulvaney, 34, from Moses Lake, was the first of the fugitives who was arrested Wednesday morning. Mulvaney, with a tattoo of a marijuana plant leaf on his cheek, was arrested at the Savoy Apartments in Yakima based on a tip that the U.S. Marshal's Office received from the public.

Wednesday night, the second fugitive was arrested after U.S. Marshals and deputies got a tip that Neftali Serrano, 27, was at a house in the 900 block of S. 9th Ave. in Yakima. Deputies say a second person was arrested at that location for allegedly violating a probation requirements.

Yakima Police responded to the 700 block of S. 4th Ave. at about 3:00 a.m. Thursday morning, where they found one of the escapees. Hugo Alejandro Amezcua-Hernandez, 28, from Yakima, was taken into custody.

The U.S. Marshal's Office is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the three remaining escapees:

  • Andrew Derrick Wolfley, 26 from Union Gap, WA
  • Fernando Gustavo Casteneda-Sandoval, 31, from Yakima, WA
  • Miguel Angel Chavez-Amezcua, 27, from Moses Lake, WA
