PASCO, Wash. - Travelers can still access commercial aviation through the Tri-Cities Airport. The airport is considered essential by Governor Inslee and will remain open through the Stay-At-Home order.

Airport Director, Buck Taft says that the airport was growing in the months of January and February, but March is going to be a much different story. "What we've seen has been an almost stop of people flying. The airlines, for the most part, have flown their schedule up until recently where we're starting to see cancellations." Taft says that the airport staff have taken drastic measures to assure those who are flying, their facilities are being cleaned regularly.

Fliers who wish to change their travel plans, are encouraged to reach out directly to their airline.
